It is our belief at Hard Winter Bakery that when you combine the right knowledge, natural ingredients, and lots of hard work, great things will happen. That’s what we strive for.
Our rustic sourdough breads and pastries are all freshly prepared and baked in our retail and production facility in the East City neighbourhood of Peterborough. We look forward to meeting you and bringing you and your family years of good eating.
Meet the Bakers
Jess & Graham are life long friends and business partners. In 2014 they opened up a sourdough bakery. The bakery has grown over the last ten years in many ways! They both feel so lucky to be able to live and work in one of the best communities in Ontario.
